This spacious apartment is perfectly secluded on a hillside location. It overlookings the olive groves and across Lakka Bay. In addition to a shared pool, each apartment leads onto it’s own private marble terrace, where you can sit, relax or eat in the hot summers sun.
Because this is the smallest of the three apartments, Lower Kalithea is perfect for two people. Its beautiful balcony overlooks the bay, consquently providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Furthermore, If you are looking to explore the local town, there is a pathway in front of both houses which takes you down to Lakka village which should take approximately five minutes. Located on the hillside, the downward journey is a pleasant stroll. It is probably worth noting that the return trip can be a little more exertive.
