Villa Aloni
Villa Aloni sits in a stunning rural location on the edge of the ancient hamlet of Aronatika, a 5 minute drive from the coastal village of Lakka. The surroundings are mostly centuries old olive and cypress trees but the house is positioned in a small clearing on the hillside and has uninterrupted views over wooded valleys to Lakka Bay and then on to the south of Corfu and the mainland. A unique siting!
The house consists of a large airy open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with high ceilings to emphasise the spaciousness, off which are two bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite. Outside are beautifully tended gardens and terraces with a covered al fresco eating area. The pool terrace has stunning views up to Corfu and the pool itself measures 8m x 4m. There is also a separate fully equipped covered barbecue station.
The villa is equipped to the highest standards and is a most welcome addition to our 2024 programme. Very highly recommended.
