Meliti Villa

Once a traditional Paxiot house, Meliti is a vintage stone-built villa has been transformed into a modern day Grecian getaway. Set amongst beautifully maintained walled gardens, the house is stylish yet relaxing, making it feel like the ultimate escape to the country.

Looking to go further afield, take a step back into the 1930’s by visiting the main village of Magazia in the island’s centre – a taste of Paxiot rich history at your fingertips. Explore the local shops and tavernas, not forgetting the wonderful old style kafeneon.

Complete with two double bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to four people within it’s tranquil surroundings. Relax on the sun-loungers by your own private pool, or sit in the shade on the sun terrace. There is also a covered front terrace on the first floor level providing views across the Ionian Sea to mainland Greece.

Situated on the outskirts of the tiny village of Fontana, a quiet town comprising of a few houses, a 15th century church and the local olive press. The nearest coastal village is the fishing town of Loggos which to make everything assessable during your time on the island.

The house is split into two levels. The first floor sleeping two as well as a self-contained ground floor annex, which accommodates another two people.
