If you fancy a day on the beach, Monodendri, with its 2 beach tavernas is around 500m away as the crow flies and can be reached by footpath. Lakka is close by – sleepy by day but vibrant at night with its wide selection of village tavernas, harbourside restaurants and lively bars.
